M-MLV Reverse Transcriptase is the fourth generation M-MLV reverse transcriptase obtained through gene modification and recombination technology. Compared with the previous M-MLV reverse transcriptase, this enzyme has improved tolerance to inhibitors that interfere with cDNA synthesis and can perform stable and specific cDNA synthesis on samples from different sources. At the same time, the reaction is faster, the incubation time is reduced from >50 min to 10 min, and the ability of continuous synthesis (final product 12.3 kb) is improved compared with the previous version.
