Dualplex Nucleic Acid Lateral Flow Strip

This product uses specific antigen-antibody reaction and immunochromatography technology. The reagent contains anti-nucleic acid marker antibody 1 pre-fixed to detection area 1 (T1) on the NC membrane, anti-nucleic acid marker antibody 2 pre-fixed to detection area 2 (T2) on the NC membrane, and anti-nucleic acid marker ligand labeled complex marked on the reagent pad.  

When testing, drop the processed sample to be tested into the reagent sample addition area. The two types of nucleic acid amplification products with markers contained in the sample first bind to the labeled anti-nucleic acid marker ligand, and then the conjugate is chromatographed upward (at the absorbent paper end) under the capillary effect. One is bound by the anti-nucleic acid marker antibody 1 fixed on the membrane, and a red band appears at T1. The other is bound by the anti-nucleic acid marker antibody 2 fixed on the membrane, and a red band appears at T2. When the sample does not contain nucleic acid amplification products with markers or the nucleic acid amplification products with markers contained are less than the minimum detection limit, there will be no red bands in T1 and T2. Regardless of whether the nucleic acid amplification products with markers are present in the sample, a band will appear in the quality control area (C). The band presented by C is the standard for judging whether the sample is sufficient and whether the chromatography process is normal, and it also serves as the internal control standard of the reagent.  

This product is simple to operate, quick to read, safe and non-toxic, and does not require any special instruments and equipment for operation.
