LAMP Colorimetric Master Mix (Red to Yellow)

This product is a pH-sensitive LAMP reaction mixture. The mixture has been optimized by adding buffer, color dye, Bst DNA polymerase, Mg2+ and dNTP components to a special Low Salt buffer.

During the LAMP reaction, Bst DNA polymerase polymerizes, changes the number of protons and then changes the pH value, turning the red reaction solution into yellow. The entire reaction process is fast, the color change is clear, and it can be distinguished by the naked eye. When using, you only need to mix the primers and add the sample, and react at a constant temperature. The results of positive amplification can be read by the naked eye within 20-40 minutes.
