Product Introduction

LAMP is a new type of nucleic acid amplification technology. Using 4 or 6 primers that can recognize 6 specific regions on the target gene, relying on the strong chain displacement activity of Bst DNA polymerase, DNA amplification can reach 10⁹-10¹⁰ times within 30-60 minutes.

2 × RT-LAMP Master Mix with Dye is used for the detection of template RNA, providing a fast one-step solution. This premix uses the optimized formula of Bst DNA polymerase to quickly perform loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reactions. This premix contains all the necessary components including RT-Enzyme Mix, dNTP, fluorescent dye and reaction buffer. Only primers and templates for isothermal amplification need to be added for real-time fluorescence detection. Amplification results can be obtained within 30-45 min.
