LAMP Fluorescent Master Mix（Liquid）

LAMP is a new type of nucleic acid amplification technology. Using 4 or 6 primers that can recognize 6 specific regions on the target gene, relying on the strong chain displacement activity of Bst DNA polymerase, DNA amplification can reach 109-1010 times within 30-60 minutes.

2 × LAMP Master Mix with Dye is used for the detection of template DNA, providing a fast one-step solution. This premix uses the optimized formula of Bst DNA polymerase to quickly perform loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reactions. This premix contains all the necessary components including enzyme Mix, dNTP, fluorescent dye and reaction buffer. Only primers and templates for isothermal amplification need to be added for real-time fluorescence detection. Amplification results can be obtained within 30-50 minutes.
