RT-LAMP Colorimetric Master Mix（Red to Yellow)

This product is a pH-sensitive RT-LAMP reaction mixture (LAMP: loop-mediated isothermal amplification reaction). The premix is optimized and contains buffer, color dye, Bst DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, Mg2+ and dNTP components in a special  Low Salt buffer .

During the LAMP reaction, Bst DNA polymerase polymerizes, changes the number of protons and thus changes the pH value, turning the red reaction solution into yellow. The entire reaction process is fast, the color change is clear, and it can be distinguished by the naked eye. When using, you only need to mix the primers and add the sample, react at a constant temperature, and the results of positive amplification can be read by the naked eye within 20-45 minutes.
